Granville Towers is a beautiful apartment building located in Keansburg, New Jersey. RPM Development Group partnered with the Keansburg Housing Authority to develop Granville Towers primarily for low-income seniors and disabled residents. It's downtown location is perfect for residents as it is walking distance from many stores and a short walk from Keansburg Beach. Currently, Granville Towers offers studios and one bedroom apartments to those whose head of household is 62 years old or older, or those who are disabled and 18 years old or older. The apartments at Granville Towers are income restricted. Our waitlist is operated by the Keansburg Housing Authority.
